1 PL kvásku
50 g bezlepkovej múky Nutri free mix per pane
50 g vody (izbovej teploty)
Všetko spolu zmiešať v miske prikrytej potravinárskou fóliou, na ktorej budú dierky, nechať kvasiť cez noc na kuchynskej linke
Cesto:
130 g bezlepkovej múky Nutri free mix per pane (alebo Mix B)
225 g vody (izbovej teploty)
1 ČL medu
– rozkvas
1 vajce
– štipka soli
Postup:
Všetky suroviny spolu dobre rozmiešame a necháme kysnúť v rúre na 40 stupňov cca 3 hodiny. Z vykysnutého cesta robíme lievance, do lievanečníka dávame 1 PL cesta a pomaly opekáme.
